6. Tiki Night
Travel to the tropics without actually leaving LA during this annual celebration of all things tiki as American Cinematheque hosts the party at the courtyard of the Egyptian Theater. Come out in the late afternoon for a tiki marketplace where you can find both new and vintage tiki-related art, memorabilia, clothing, accessories and more. There will be a fashion show, shaved ice, Polynesian dances and tiki-inspired cocktails and the night ends with a special screening of the 1994 film Rapa Nui.
